The
collection made of Makassar ebony wood is a leap back into history. A marked
homage to the bast of Acca Kappa traditions. A line designed fifty years ago
for an up-scale clientele, a clientele well-versed in the importance of the
small joys in life and in the true value of things. Among the different kinds
of ebony, a wood almost black in colour and famous for its hardness and
sturdiness, we have chose the Makassar, a variety highly valued because of its
warm-looking and dark-coloured grain.
